We Turn Product Concepts Into Reality
With a focus on the consumer and mobile electronics markets, GAPaus is renowned for the care and dedication it devotes to each and every project it undertakes. Our mission is to make the best product possible for our OEM or ODM customers. To achieve this, a number of product development aspects must be thoroughly reviewed and analysed.
Through the coordinated efforts of our devoted teams, which include field consultants, customer support, research, marketing, and distribution teams, we are able to facilitate this development process with effective results.
Initial Consultation
In the initial consultation, GAP and the client will determine the goals and specifications for the concept and, if applicable, compare it to equivalent items already on the market. Size, colour, assembling tools, mounting requirements, packing, and cost are just a few examples of the details that are covered.
Concept Drawings
GAP will compile the information from the initial consultation into critical documents that will serve as the foundation for the development project. GAP will create the preliminary concept drawings (renderings) for evaluation.
Drawings Review
During the initial review meeting, the specification paperwork and drawings are delivered to the client. GAP will make the necessary revisions to documentation and drawings to reflect and capture the concepts progress. This review procedure is repeated until the concept is perfect and ready for production.
Manufacturer Selection
GAP selects one of many manufacturing partners to fabricate the design based on the concept specifications. Critical elements such as costings, assembly tools, and schedules are examined and completed throughout this procedure.
Product Prototype
The concept specifications, drawings, and expenses are delivered to the client for final approval and signature on a sample of the concept, which is now a product. If the sample is flawless, with customer approval, GAP will submit a purchase order with the manufacturer.
Once A Concept, Now A Product
The manufacturer will deliver the requested product quantity, complete with packing, barcoding, assembly tools, and product instructions, ready for distribution.
